Discovery & Consultation
Stage 1We begin by understanding your goals, lifestyle needs, project type, site conditions, budget direction and desired timeline. This stage helps define the right path before design starts.
Process
Every Timbera project follows a clear design and execution logic, but not every build follows the exact same physical path. Some homes are completed largely off-site, some are partially prefabricated and finished on site, and some are built directly on location.
How we work
Instead of forcing every project into one delivery model, we adapt the build strategy to the project type, site conditions, transport possibilities and final goals. This allows Timbera to approach tiny houses, bungalows and larger timber homes with the right level of efficiency, control and flexibility.
Core process
These are the main stages that guide most Timbera projects, regardless of whether the build is completed off-site, partially prefabricated or executed directly on location.
We begin by understanding your goals, lifestyle needs, project type, site conditions, budget direction and desired timeline. This stage helps define the right path before design starts.
We shape the project around the right spatial concept, model type, level of customization and expected delivery method. At this point, the project begins to take its real form.
Once the direction is clear, we refine dimensions, materials, structural logic, production requirements and site-related details so the project is prepared for execution.
We determine how the build will be executed: fully prepared in our facility, partially prefabricated and finished on site, or built directly on site depending on the nature of the project.
The home or structure is fabricated, transported and/or assembled according to the selected process path, followed by completion works, final checks and handover.
Execution paths
After design and technical planning, the execution model is selected according to the project’s scale, transport feasibility, site conditions and desired level of off-site completion.
Off-site completion
For certain compact or transportable projects, the structure can be built substantially or fully in our facility and delivered in a more complete state. This path is often suitable for smaller homes, modular units and selected prefabricated solutions.
Hybrid execution
Some projects are best produced in sections or major components at our facility, then transported and completed on site. This creates a balance between fabrication efficiency and on-site flexibility.
On-site construction
For projects that are larger, highly site-specific, difficult to transport or more integrated into the land, the structure may be built fully on site. This route is often appropriate for custom homes and certain complex installations.
Decision factors
The final execution strategy depends on more than design alone. We evaluate practical, technical and logistical factors before confirming how the project should be produced and completed.
Next step
Whether your project is best delivered fully built, partially prefabricated or constructed directly on site, Timbera can help shape the right process from the beginning.
